Sweet Little One

This sweet little Wee Stamps image captured my heart recently and I couldn't wait to make her up into a card.  I am leaving it generic in case I want to use it for a birthday or a note of encouragement.


Card Recipe: 
Stamps: Wee Stamps Dandelion GirlCS and Papers: SU Vanilla, Not Quit Navy, Special paper pack (out of stock)
Markers: Copics - Y02, Y06, E51, BG10, BG11, BG18, W1, W3, W5
Access. And Embellishments: Prima flowers, MS Sprig punch, Recollections Pears, fabric store lace and ribbon, Spellbinder Label Four and Six
