Lucky Irish Birthday

My card for Digital Delights this week features one of the Friday free or almost fee images, Kiss Me Pasquali.  


I know St. Patrick's Day is coming up so I thought I would make this card for my brother.  He is part Irish and his middle name is Patrick.
