Well today is Friday and that means I have new scrapbook pages to share from my class last night at
Scrapbook Central in Courtenay. The ladies who attend this class like me to post the pages so that they can make the pictures big on their computers.
For these two pages we started with blank white pieces of paper. We add three successive layers of Ranger Distress inks - Brushed Corduroy, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain, and then we spritzed them with Smooch sprays.
We embossed the two inch squares on this page with Sizzix folders and my Cuttlebug and then added a little bit of Inka Gold for color and shine.
Simple Stories Documented paper sets the stage for this simple 2-page layouts There is a special interactive element though with the tag. We cut through the plastic page protector and slipped in a standard #8 tag.
We used several Spellbinders die cuts to add interest and a place for the page title.
Thanks again to Diane from
Scrapbook Central for providing such a nice kit full of wonderful supplies to make our big beautiful album.
Have a scrappy day!
Nancy
