My first card post is Tilda from Magnolia with a balloon. I used cardstock from my stash, but the Tilda image is stamped on Bazzilla with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics.
The pop-up is from StampinUp punches - Modern Label Extra Large and Word Window Large. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes set and stamped using Old Olive.
I tried the AmyR technique for creating the sidewalk.
