A Sassy Elizabeth Bennett

Pride and Prejudice is one of my all time favorite movies.  When I received this image of Elizabeth Bennett from Sassy Studios I knew that I wanted to do right by her with a pretty card. 

I went for pink, flowery and pearls!

Here is to Hot Birthdays!

Well, Katniss can definitely help make your birthday hot! She is a beauty penned by Sassy Studios.  I couldn't help but color her with my Copics in red, but I added a bit of yellow to help make her look like she was on fire as the book and movie portray.

Let's Go Skim Boarding!

My Love to Create card this week features an image from Sassy Studios that reminds me of my newest daughter-in-law.  She loves to skim board on our coastal beaches and she kinda looks like this Sassy character.

Hey Girl! We are recycling at Love to Create

Good morning everyone!  Over at Love to Create Challenge Blog we are using recycled bits in our projects.  My image is from our sponsor Sassy Studios and I reused raffia from a flower arrangement my daughter gave me on Mother's Day.


I combined the Country Girl image with a piece of SugarTree paper covered with different horse images. I thought it would work well with this sassy farm girl.

I really like this new Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles.  It is perfect for framing longer/taller images.
