Craft a Scene - Dusk to Dawn Challenge

I have a card today for the Craft a Scene Dusk to Dawn challenge. I used all Stampscapes stamps from the new collection.

I colored the cabin, trees and grasses with Copics and then filled in the sky and water with 2 different PanPastel blues.  Then I added a bit of black PanPastel around the edges to help create the idea that it is night-time.

Card Recipe

Images: Stampscapes
Paper: Stampin Up Old Olive and Espresso, Bazzill blue, Cryogen White
Markers/Ink: Momento Black, PanPastels, Copics
Embellishments: White gel pen

Challenges for this card:
Be sure and take a look at what the wonderful Craft a Scene design team has come up with for your inspiration.
Have a Great Sunday!

It's a really lovely scene Nancy - I can imagine being curled up in that cabin with a log fire and good book - oh yes and a glass of wine.

I love your scene using the new stamps Nancy. I bought mine the day after the first ones arrived in the UK. Sorry I was late putting my card on th DT blog this month, time got away from me too quickly. Working on the next one now.

Oh, this is just beautifully done! I think you nailed the challenge. When I first saw your project, the phrase "a smokey woods", came immediately to mind. Thanks for sharing this lovely work with us here at 613 Avenue Create.

A lovely scene, Nancy, just perfect for that time of night. I have one card done for this month. I just need one computer to talk to the other and give me the picture - contrary technology. Do you want to use it next Sunday? Thank you for your lovely comments. xx Maggie
