Dog Gone Thankful

My husband and I are going away for a week this summer and we need someone to look after our little pup.  A friend of ours has volunteered and I thought I would make her a little box of cards as a thank you. 

The box holds three cards and the envelopes.

I am using the sets of K n K Designs doggie digi images that I won from the Stamps R Us challenge last week.
