Fall Into Autumn

Join us this week at Delightful Challenges for
Fall Colors challenge!

When I made this card I wasn't thinking about the fact that I had already used this great Haystacks the Scarecrow image a couple of times. I was thinking about Fall Colors and what that might look like.  I remember all the great sparkly things and scarecrows that I see in the fields all around the island.  Sometimes a tin pie plate does as good a job as a scarecrow does at keeping the birds away.

Of course, there is also the scarecrow that Dorothy Gale comes across as she is traveling down the yellow brick road.  For her it is more than the scarecrow it is also a cross roads on her path to adulthood.

Can you spot my booboo?  I forgot to draw in the post that Haystacks is resting on. lol!!

Hi Nancy

What a great card - I didn't spot your "booboo" until you mentioned it - he he so thats OK.

On closer inspection I decided that with those crossed legs he looks like he needs to pee!!! so that made me giggle - bet you didn't think you could create that with a card!!

Thanks so much for joining us this week over at Kaboodle Doodles and good luck.
